俗称“懒黄病”、“黄肿病”。由十二指肠钩虫或美洲钩虫寄生于人体小肠引起的寄生虫病。有上腹隐痛、打呃、腹胀、怪癖食欲(喜食生米、泥土、破布等)、头昏、心悸、乏力、浮肿、贫血等症状，严重者可引起发育障碍和心力衰竭。
